Hi I am sasank. I had ACL surgery on 23rd April and my thigh muscles are very weak and I am able to bend my knee upto 60 degree. What should I do now

    You need physical therapy (professional) to show you how to build your entire muscle system. I can't imagine cal surgery without a post op plan. You can go to utube and look at strengthing exercises but you really need a hands on professional. Where was this surgery done

    Talk to your Dr. About the CPM machine it is amazing for ACL. Had it done and was to 120 in a week. That was my first surgery

    #4 was TKR

    Last week was manipulation MUA

    Looks like you need to consult a physical therapist. Residual weakness and loss of range of motion is common after ACL surgery.
