H.pylori Pain is back after 10 years

I can't believe I still have H.pylori, but what's worse is the pain is completely excruciating. I had to go to the emergency room last night and they gave me a shot for pain and did an ultrasound then said i should follow up with my primary care doctor. I was floored by the fact that the meds will wear off within hours and they think it's not for them to at least keep me so they can treat the pain and order the test they do where they put the camera down into your stomach and do a biopsy to confirm its the H.pylori, and give me antibiotics to treat it. Following up with my doctor will take about 4-6 weeks for an appointment. I can't tolerate the pain. what do you do for relief from pain in the meantime?
