Hi Gaurav. I currently have a peptic ulcer and have suffered with gastritis and duodenitis twice this year. 1 ppi is definitely not enough to treat your condition. I'm on 4 x 20mg osemeprazole and 4x 150 mg ranitidine. The ulcer alone causes non-stop varying degrees of pain . Then there the nausea and vomiting daily to go with it.As a qualified herbal practitioner I wish there was some thing I could suggest, but I;M in the same boat. Crystallized ginger is good to suck for nausea. Your not dying inside., you just need to go back to the docs for a review of your medication. PPIs, normally do the trick. good luck.

Go back to your doctor.  H pylori and the antibiotics can leave your stomach sore.

Take the PPI and second round of antibiotics as recommended by your doctor.

Once you have finished the antibiotics, you should take probiotics to restore your gut flora which can get disturbed by the strong antibiotics.
