Had a scare

This morning I was on my phone, looking down and then I felt vertigo come on that then turned into “I’m going to pass out” I was full blown faint. So i freaked out and went to the doctors (I didn’t pass out btw)
The doctor said he’s seen 3 people in the past 2 days that have had the same case and said there’s a virus going around that’s causing this.
He gave me the diagnosis of viral labyrinthitis that he believes because of my cold I recently had that it finally found its way into my inner ear (and also possible is benign positional vertigo)
He also obviously looked in my ears and said they looked great which I give credit to the Nasacort for helping a girl out with that, but I really don’t know how I feel about my diagnosis. Obviously there wasn’t much he could do for me except prescribe me anti very which I already have 25 pills left.
Still going to see the ENT next week so I guess we’ll see if they can think of anything or if I need an MRI (which freaks me out) although he did say that it was less likely to be a brain issue, but I’m terrified. I hope to god I don’t get that “I’m going to pass out” feeling again because that was the scariest moment ever.

I wonder if that's what I had. I got up early one morn in n for wwork and almost fell as the room started spinning like a top. Laying back dwn it stopped but everytime I went to get up it did it bringing on vomiting. Last Monday was a week ago. It lasted two days. 3rd day was still lightheaded. Well it still hasn't completely left. If I move suddenly or get tired, it swirls again. My head still feels a bit heavy. Still just don't feel right..are you completely better or do u still feel it's right on the verge of happening again. Vertigo..not fun..

Morning Sydney,
Try not to stress, as like I've said stress only makes matters so much worse.
There also won't be a problem with your brain. Hang in there and I'm sure
you will get sorted. Any problems that occur with ears is horrible.
