I wouldn't rush to go back to work until you are 100% better.

I am not working at the moment due to severe frozen shoulder which I had an operation done at the end of February. I have got back some more movement but still in a lot of pain. Taking Tramadol soluble as unable to swallow tablets. Worse for me as it is my left shoulder and I am left handed.

I also suffer from osteoarthritis in my right knee and I have to use a walking stick.

Hi Teresa, I had two TKRs last year. I had to leave 4 months between each knee and 3 months before returning to work. I didn't have complications. If you've had problems then I definitely don't think you should go back to work yet, you might make things worse.

    Good luck

    Melanie
