However since one month I started developing dizziness all the time, lost weight as well, my blood work is OK, sometimes I have backpain in th emiddle and small digestive issues. I am fearing if I have developed pancreatis cancer. I am more worried about this dizziness and bouts of digestive issue. I am on abslute vegan diet + no alocohol nothing. Please respond.

Hey saurabhfun, the symtoms you have mentioned is of Pancreatitis, Pancreatitis does lead to Pancreatic Cancer, don't worry.

But Acute Pancreatitis will lead Chronic Pancreatitis, you don't want that, trust me, I have been suffering from CP from past 2 years, it's like hell on earth.

Do not drink alcohol ever in your life again and maintain your diet,

You should avoid high fat foods, fried items, carbonated drinks.

As long as you maintain your diet, you'll be fine, what I do is when I have pain is I'll go full liquid for couple of days.

You can drink Field marrow juice, Buttermiilk(0% fat), Carrot juice and Cabbage juice, India gooseberry juice these are very good for your pancreas which helps in recovering.
