Had Blepharitis under control and this thing came back, so annoyed!

Hey everyone, so I had this under control for a few weeks and it recently came back. I clean my eyes with luke warm water to loosed anyhing and white particles in my lower eyelid. They feel so much better after that, and havent worn any makeup for months now. A couple of months ago I have ALOT f dandruff or dry scalp, dry patches in my face, acne, flakiness. Dont know what to do anymore, my doctor wont refer me to a dermatologist.

    I use an eye pad in a morning to loosen any debris on my eyes. I bought it from the internet

      Sus28. It would help fellow sufferers if you told us the name of this Eye pad you have bought.

      Bit hard to find if we do not have a name.
