hi all im hoping you lovely people could shed some light on my health.Ive had bloating and farting for two week now and tbh it comes n goes ... always thinking i need toilet.

I've had this too, like forever. It did improve a lot when I went on the low Fodmap diet. The bloating almost completely disappeared and the farting was maybe 80% better.
Have you ever tried this diet?
