Had Botox Done May 18, 2021 and Surgeon Caused a Hemorrhoid

Sorry in advance for the long post.

I developed a fissure in October 2020 and it was healing and re-injuring itself for months until about January. After January, I was having trouble sitting without feeling tearing in my anal region, which would be followed by bloody stool. I would be see blood for a few days and then it would go away. I stopped sitting and tried to keep my stool soft with psyllium husk and just eating less. This seemed to work but I still could not sit.

I went on a road trip during the first week of March 2021 and the car ride caused me to have so much experience so much tearing. I have no idea what to do and wanted to scream but I held it in. I saw the bloodiest stool I'd seen in my life when I finally had a BM. I did not have the glass feeling or sensation. That was also the week I was going to start the nifedipine w/lidocaine. I was scared of touching the area so I used it on the outside of my rectum and it seemed to improve, but not by much. I used the ointment for a while by putting in on the outside of the rectum . I did this for about the entire month of March.

In April 2020, I started to insert the medication into the rectum with my finger but I felt like I was not getting enough of it into the rectum to make a difference. I felt like I reached a point in my healing where the medication had done all it could do and I was not going to get any better. I had a licensure test to take soon and I wanted to get better faster, so I assumed that putting more of the medication into the rectum would help me heal enough to sit for extended periods of time without discomfort, and the feeling that I was re-injuring myself.

On April 19, 2021, I felt I put my finger with nifedipine in too deep and I experienced the worst pain I've ever felt in my life shortly after. I wanted to make it stop so bad and I would do anything. The pain lasted for hours and hours. I thought it would never stop and wanted to die. The pain was so severe that I was bedridden for 3 weeks. Walking was so painful for me, but I didn't have the feeling of pooping out glass shards when I had a BM. It was the painful, muscle spasms that made my life a living hell. Before that I was experiencing some shooting, sharp pain when I overexerted myself but never anything like this.

I went in for Botox injection with flexible sigmoidoscopy and when I got home I realized that I had a swollen region. I thought it would go down, but it didn't and it developed into an external hemorrhoid. It's the largest hemorrhoid I've ever had. I know this was caused by trauma from flexible sigmoidoscopy. I ever strain when I go.

Now I am not sure if the Botox is working or not. It takes 5 to 7 days to come into full effect. I want to make sure that it works and I want to heal really badly, so that I can go back to having a normal life. I want to be able to sit without fear of being reinjured.

I've been lurking on this forum for a while now and I am planning to take a few things into account I am planning on water fasting for 1 to 3 days and then I am going to do a liquid diet for like a week, then I will introduce solids slowly. I plan on increasing my intake of Vitamin C and A to aid in tissue regeneration and drinking coconut oil and magnesium citrate. These are all things I learned from someone else's post.

Any other recommendations? I really want to get better fast but I know that I need to relax and be patient. I am going to engage in stress reduction and also do exercises to relax my pelvic muscles, since I have a history of nerve entrapment due to tight pelvic muscles. My sphincter is also very tight, which I know does not help in healing. I might try to carefully loosen it in the future when I feel that I am able to sit.
