had eczema all my life, im now 30 and it has now started breaking out on my arms, as for my hands they get so dry that they crack open and they look like they belong to a 70yr old, no matter all the creams ive had it always seems to get worse, ive had times where ive not been able to move my hands from a certain position as its too painful.

My advice to you is slather the current emolient your using on your hands at night and wear latex gloves (if your not allergic). If they are still worse after 2 weeks there is a strong solution used which your doctor could advise where you put the crystals in water and soak your hands. It'll make your fingernails turn yellow for 2 days but it works a treat.

I suffered exactly the same thing. I used wet wrap bandages from the doctor (Viscopaste PB7). I left them on for 7 days changing once a day. When you change them if you soak your hands in warm water with your emollient for 10 mins before applying new ones.

My eczema cleared right up after that. Hope this helps

Im getting blisters and red spots and cracking bleeding on my souls the crystal thingy would work? my hands are just dry but they go away its just from the humidity but i have tried so many doctors and creams im welling to try anything if it will work and get it over and done with..

i even got a piece from the skin on my hand cut out so they can diagnose it and see what it is..

tired of giving excuses why they look like this..my hands and feet.. depressing sad
