    Hi Andrew,

    I'm really sorry that you feel you've reached the end of what you can handle. I want to reassure you that your current situation can be changed, and you can look forward to more positive times (as cheesy and vague as that might sound). I imagine everything is feeling very tough and unbearable right now, but you can lean a bit on others such as friends, family and professionals and use the strength that's got you this far to get past this.

    You mentioned receiving bad treatment from those close to you. If possible, I'd suggest distancing yourself from them or reporting them.

    Meds will often take a lot of experimenting to get the right type. Different people respond to them differently. There are also other ways to get help with your mental health, such as counselling, CBT, group therapy, etc. There are also things you can do for yourself, such as practice mindfulness, yoga, exercise (exercise will be highly recommended by doctors) and trying to keep a healthy sleeping schedule (too much sleep as well as not enough). So don't feel like you've run out of options 😃

    Personally, when it comes to keeping the will to live, it helps to remind myself that suicide is like passing on my sadness to those around me, and is even contagious. It's therefore not only a very permanent solution, but it's also one that means the people I left behind will be negatively affected.

    Hi Andrewrc, I've felt just like that so often. I don't have any advice or consolation or anything but I just wanted to say that I recognize the kind of thing you're experiencing and I have respect for you just for going through it.

    Humans can be intolerable. You have to do and say what you think is good and right.

    your going to be you need some you time go for a small trip or holiday unwind relax and just let the go of everything and be YOU and only YOU people will come and go but always wake sure YOU are happy nobody else. P.S YOU WILL BE OK JUST THE BEST YOU. YOU CAN BE

    hi andrew, at this moment i feel in a stronger place than you do, but 4 months back when the world seemed really black and there seemed no way out i know how you felt. there has to be some reason you feel so bad. walk, see people, phone someone, speak to the samaritans or your doctor. do ANYTHING to get you out of how you feel RIGHT now. i could see no way out but picked up the phone. mine was caused by severe physical health problems. the fact that you've been brave enough to talk on here is a great start, well done! we can try and help but we are not armed with medical knowledge. good luck and keep talking! oh and don't take meds if you don't want i didn't and i am STILL HERE!
