if its inguinal surgery its very early days…I,m still in discomfort 9 weeks on….they are slow to tell you these things before you have your surgery….good luck…give it time...

Thanks for replying , I really appreciate it. Yes it was, surgeon said it was the hardest and largest hernia repair he's done. He said he had to get another surgeon to help him get through the muscle tissue. But was it your testicle that was swollen? When I went to see him on the 17th , just walking from the parking garage to his office my swelling doubled in size from my testicle up to hernia location. He said he was surprised to see that much swelling in my testicle, that being my main concern or best to just remove it if it was damaged.

yep my testicle really swelled up and was really uncomfortable for about 14 days….just the healing ridge now and what I presume is nerve damage  giving a feeling of numbness….BUT slowly it is getting better….Time is the healer for sure….good luck..

Glad to hear you're feeling better , that eases the mind a little 😟 was kinda getting worried there 🤤 it's about midway size between a baseball and softball 😭p****d off and hard as hell , but it's the 1st day not waking up swallowing pain pills. My Dr and I discussed before the op that he may have to remove it and I told no problem , it is what it is do whatever it takes to get me up and going back to work , Bill's to pay haha his included.

A friend of mine that has had 4 hernia operations 🤔 was suggesting I might want to get a 2nd opinion from another Dr and a sonogram. Will see, like you said time will tell. Thank you so much for taking the time and replying (let alone how fast) . I'm very appreciative of it, happy healing
