As the title suggests, I'm just after some insight into how ill you can actually be, and what symptoms you can experience with having constipation? I'm trying to determine whether some of my symptoms can be attributed to constipation, as I only have bowel movements every 3 to 4 days.
Any thoughts, views, comments would be greatly appreciated.
