hi amy, just looking at your scan details, after 3 surgerys myself ive read a few scan details, none of this points to further surgery its but a detailed discription of your entire cervical alignment, common after all proceedures, theres no magic pill or solution, for a degenerative spine, this said you alone can make positive changes to the way you approach your recovery,it taken me years to understand, how to recover, and adapt,im now pain free 90% of the time i did this by looking at medication i was on unerstanding there side affects realising what my bones and llgaments lacked, the key for me was lubrication and bone strength so after all the pankillers, antiflams, nerve blocks even botox injections to my neck muscles,i realised i was chasing my tale lol,i studied alternative meds for what i lacked,it was slow to start but then i felt the breakthrough,my uses were, krill oil, calcium, magnesium, high dose vit c,and a good walk nightly,no weights or machines just kept it simple,im by no way saying stop your present meds, those are slowed down over time, under your docs advise, dont get dragged down by lots of meds been there amy its not worth it with spinal degeneration,we can help ourselves, your scan report shows no cord impingment thats a great start to a good recovery best wishes

Hi Leslie, I too have serious spine issues.  I take the calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin.  But I am going to add krill oil and vitamin c.  Thanks for the info.

Well Amy, Your notes say there is not ny formanil or spinal canal narrowing.  That is excellent! I found a great article about cervicalgia at this website. http://www.painneck.com/cervicalgia ; I thought it was very informative.  My daughter had severe neck pain with radiculopathy into her arm and she got a series of injections that gave her a lot of relief.  Good luck to you. I'm sorry you are going through this and have so much pain.  There are a lot of us out here with chronic pain who understand what you are going through.  Take care.
