hi ive had my knew knee fir 12 months still*only get 50 degrees the surgeon puts it down to scar tissue does anybody else have similar issues and had an improvnent
ive also got crps issue as well.

Patients with very poor ROM are usually recommended an MUA by their doctor. I'm surprised that the doc has let it go this long. You can try these exercises but I'd see a doc about possibly doing the MUA...

PS: This is assuming that you did PT right after the operation and that you have continuously tried to improve your ROM with no success. Docs and PT should have caught this earlier. Good luck...

i was advised by the physio to use bio oil on the scar and push side to side down the scar to detatch any scar tissue, it worked for me. i am surprised your surgeon has left it for so log...good luck
