Hey Georgia, you should try Extra Virgin Organic Raw Coconut Oil, I got mine in Sainsburys and it cost me £6 but it's great, I don't get itchy or anything but at £6 you should definitely try it. The one I have is Lucy Bee and my skin is better than it has been for 12 years!!  I use it before bed like a moisturiser all over (because I had patches everywhere) and shower in the morning.  Hope it works for you too x

Hay Georgia, I was using anti dandruff shampoo on mine as I was told to do by many doctors and It worked great temperarely, until about a year and a half ago from one of these discussions that I found out doctors actually have the (ORAL!!) antifungal tablets and so far they haven't returned, can only speculate on thier reasons for keeping this information from the public and from me all these years.

jus make sure you ask for the ORAL antifungal and don't take no for an answer.

Hope this helps and good luck

Hi Georgia, firstly apologise my English is not so good. I had the same skin condition pityriasis rosea last year.Tried everything the doctors prescribed me, cortisone creams, lotion and ect.It has completely ruined my life,my entire body was covered exept my neck and face.At some point i couldnt even see normal skin on my body, all was covered with red purple lesions which got worsen especially after shower.I had read many horrible stories on the net how people have this condition for years without improvement. I know that what I am going to tell you now, no doctor is going to tell or suggest you. I spend hours and hours reading stories and home remedies other people tried.I have read that UVA and UVB light may help so I decided to give it a try.I booked a sunbed session in my local gym. I started with 5 min a day and increased to 10 min every day for 7 days. After just the 3rd session I began to notice a huge improvement. After the 5th session my body.was entirely clear, yes I mean it, I was 100% clear of all spots. Its been nearly 1.5 year now and there is no sign of them, never came back.I didnt use suncream.I am well aware of the harm which sunbeds have but I dont.do it often so for me it was absolutely worth it.Being in your shoes, I can sincerely simpatise you.
