Had sleep plaralysis 3 days ago but i had a fit during it help?

During my.sleep. paralysis. i. had. a. fit. according. to. my. dad. but. all. i. can. remember. is. that. i. felt. like. i. was. in. space. but. it. also. kinda. felt. like. i. was. dead. dont. know. if. that. makes. sence.it. Was.one. Of. The Worst. Experience. Of. My. Life To. Me but. My. Dad. Came. In. And. Woke. Me. Up. Because. He. Could. Here. Me. In. The. Bedroom. This. Was. A. Very. Traumatising. Thing. If. Anyone.     Hi Max,

    Some of this description fits sleep paralysis - especially as you're in your teens, which is a common time for it to start. The bits about feeling as if you were dead or in space sound right.

    However, can you be more precise about what you mean when you say you were having a fit? If it was really a fit, that wouldn't be sleep paralysis. Do you regularly have fits? If not, and your Dad found you having one, I assume he would have called a doctor or the ambulance immediately.

    If you really had a fit, and if you're not a known epileptic, you need to see a doctor asap.
