since beginning of dec ive had strange things going on, ive been to the doctor a few times and they always say im fine. but i dont feel fine. im lightheaded, have headaches, tingly fingers, pins and needles, muscle twitching, trouble concentrating and mixing up words, one eye has worse sight. etc a few other symptoms too. i know i cant be diagnosed over internet but my question is...

if you have ms can you have multiple symptoms like this at once? or get new ones after a few days? and if you have a symptom like tingly fingers can it vary in a day? like this morning my whole hand was tingly now it is just my fingers again.

MS can cause you to develop symptoms fast or over time. It will continue to get worse but it usually progresses over time. MS usually has those symptoms as starting signs. but my question to you is have you only had these symptoms for a month? Do you have any sort of pain? A month ago what were you doing? Anything specific that could of overworked yourself? And, lastly where are you from? Is it cold or warm there?

I would still keep Lyme disease in mind and its co infections. Do some research. MANY people go misdiagnosed and undiagnosed.

Have you had your vitamin d levels checked you are well north I imagine you won't be having a lot off daylight this time off year low vit d can give the symtoms you describe

A good doctor would have done all the blood s needed I would think

I haven’t had vit d checked but I take iron and vit d daily so I doubt I have low vit d. The trouble is I’ve seen doctors 3 time but only once it was my doctor. Other times i went to walk in clinic because it’s hard to get app with my doc

It sounds from your symptoms that your need to see a neurologist.  You have quite a few things going on. Maybe after you get the blood Workup, you make an appt with a specialist. It doesn't mean MS. There are various things that can be happening.

    Good luck
