Had these bumps on my vagina for as long as I can remember, what the hell are they?

I'm 16 years old a virgin. I've only recently realised my vagina doesn't look normal close up. Theres these bubble like bumps which sometimes fill up with blood and can be itchy sometimes. I'll attach a picture- the picture is not edited but its taken very close up under a flashlight. Can anyone help me understand what they are and how to get rid of them? they aren't this big in real life its just because the picture is zoomed in. Thank you! 😦image

it looks like vestibular papillomatosis. This is a form of benign tumor found on the vulva area. It is very common and women get them in varying amounts - i have had just a few papules for many years. There is no treatment because they are harmless and cannot be caught or spread by sexual intercourse - unless you want them removed by cosmetic surgery. Men get them too around the head of the penis, called pearly papules. I like to think of them as moles on the vulva.
