Had ulcer-type thing of inside of foreskin for over a year, should I be concerned?

I'm 18 have never had sex, and for quite a while- at least a year- have had a single, small (about 1mm in diameter) red, painless crater type thing on the inside of my foreskin. Haven't really taken any notice of it before but read some things online that freaked me out a bit.

Doesn't cause any pain at all and hardly even notice it's there until pulled back for cleaning etc. however if I haven't washed for a day or two, the crater will be full of a yellow-White substance which I can squeeze out with my fingers. I'm not sure if this is smegma or not.

Anyone know what this is and how to make it go away?

Thanks, Barney

Don't think it's serious But always get a look-see from a GP, and go from there. They can get out of hand if you do nothing.

    Hello Barney :-)

It's a little difficult to tell what is might be, when we don't know exactly what it looks like, even if you try to give a good description of the condition. Is the crater (that you call it) on the surface of the inside of you foreskin, or perhaps where the foreskin joins the glans?
