Had unprotected sex and my discharge is light greenish and watery, is it BV

I had unprotected sex and it's been close to 3 months not having sex, when I tried to pee the next morning I had a bit of discomfort.. This is the 4th day and I don't have any pains or any discomfort I'm just normal. my discharge was light yellow and watery and yesterday I realized that it has turned into light greenish with white discharge the odour is not bad cause I can't smell anything when Im in public space or when I'm all by myself, but when I sniff my panties I can smell a strange odour which made me start using pads cause the fluid is watery..
