Had white yellowish lumps on tonsils for several weeks

Sometimes i can scrape them off but not completely. Any one else with achalasua have this problem I am thinking they could be tonsil stones.

    I suggest you see a professional to be properly diagnosed. Scraping can cause trauma and infection. It may further impede them from healing. It doesn't sound like anything related to Alchalasia

    I do not know anything about tonsil stones.   But a doctor would be able to tell you.   The other thing is that it might be connected with candidiasis / thrush, possibly?   But this is absolute speculation until you see a doctor.
