Haemorrhoid or something else? (Pic included)

Hi, 

I have this sore, really really itchy flesh coloured/red lump that appears for a few days every month or so. I've looked up what it could be and am not sure exactly what it is. Any help would be much appreciated it is driving me mad and want to treat it. Thanks

    Yeah , thats a haemorrhoid . You might need to watch what you are eating for a while , and find out if you are triggering it yourself , maybe due to a slight bit of constipation . For me its always bread and other flour based things that trigger it , but we are all different . Try a little food diary just in case . Drink plenty as well . Get some ointment , they wont cure it , but what they are good at is taking away the itch  and keeping it clean . Good luck rachel .

    That looks exactly like what I had.

    Out of all the compound meds nothing creams nothing worked.

    I did find forces of nature fisher control. It was gone in a few days.

    The doc said it was a skin tag forming and a fissure was starting up.
