Haemorrhoids Discharge Concern!!

Hi, i have been suffering with a burning sensation in my anus for a few months now and very concerned as what it could be. It feels worse when sitting down but my main concern is the strange discharge i am seeing when i wipe my bottom.

I can only describe it as blue in colour and looks a bit like hair which it isn't. There are also some specs of blood on the toilet paper to which is concerning. I can't see any external haemorrhoids but could this be a sign of an internal haemorrhoids? I've had sexual health checks which have a ll come back clear but concerned this could be something like cancer!!
