Haemorrhoids? Pictures included

Hi everyone. I am a 25 year old male and I believe I might have haemorrhoids. (That area is always shaved smooth therefore that has nothing to with the problem i.e. no razor cuts or irritation etc.)

Normal picture:

Widely stretched with my hands to show:

After 'pushing' those lumps in (for the next 30 seconds they gradually go back to what they look like in picture one):

Are these haemorrhoids?

Thank you.

Based on the pictures, my guess is yes. Do you have any symptoms (i.e. bleeding, pain, etc.)? If they are bothersome I would see a doc.

Thank you for your response. Sometimes they itch but only a little and the itch goes away once scratched. And that itch is always in the same spot, supposedly the lumps themselves. I haven't noticed any bleeding to be honest but I guess I could easily miss that.

    Hey Mike,

From the pictures ,you appear to have external hemorroids that is not too bad to fix yet.My recommendation will be to see a specialist before it gets worse.

Wish i was in an advance country like where i live now when it all started for me 15years ago.

The earlier you fix the better for you buddy .

    GOODLUCK
