Hair and head - fibro symptoms

My GP suggested I had fibro a few years ago after several years of investigations. I have HA and chose then to shut if away, didn't want to think I had something that could cause so much disruption.
However, I read a lot about it, have never taken painkillers as I just don't like to take them for anything, it has to be something really vile for me to take them. Anyway, over the last few weeks I have noticed that the discomfort in my back, shoulders, ribs is more pronounced, regular and sustained. I have taken the odd anti-inflammatory for it. But I have developed a strange sensation in my head /hair / scalp - not sure which, and wonder if anybody had experienced the same and if it was likely to be related to fibro, or something I should see GP about. (He has changed and I don't have a named GP now, just see whomever, hope it isn't a locum, temporary or a trainee, I would much rather have somebody constant...by the by....)
I have longish but thick hair, I wear glasses and tend to stick them up on my head here and there. But I have noticed these last couple of weeks that my hair / scalp feels tender......not just in one place but all over if I have anything in it - glasses, scrunchy etc......generally in the evening. It isn't a pain, but just a strange feeling almost like a tightness, as if hair is trapped or being pulled.
Can anybody please advise? I am reluctant to go to GP for reasons above, but when Covid allows things to be a little more normal, will try to negotiate a constant GP.
Thank you

Hey
I just got diagnosed with fibro and I can totally relate to the tightness you mentioned in the head and scalp. I also get migraines but this is new and came on around the time of my fibro symptoms. I totally blanked on mentioning it to my GP/ the diagnosing rheumatologist though. I'll try to update back if I manage to ask at my next appointment. The shoulder and upper back pain is also relatable for my fibro journey. Wishing you the best as you decide whether to take it forward with the docs and hope you get help managing your symptoms.
