hair dye

Good morning.

I would like to get my hair dyed but worried about the medication I would obviously get a skin test but that even worries me?

I'm on mtx & Steriods low dose of 3mg.

Morning, obs do skin test, but I regularly have my hair highlighter on MTX and have had tattoos done also, both with no probs,

I get my hair dyed still and have 2 colours. It certainly hasn't made it worse but I have an excellent hairdresser and I explained it to him. Poor love was more more terrified than me! He made sure not to do it right to the roots. I have hairloss from MTX but I decided if it was going to go anyway I might as well have it a nice colour! Be interested on other peoples experiences though. I would hate for you to go ahead on my experience alone 😊😊

      Thank you ladies.

I've not lost too much hair so far just a few strands but that's if I put my hand through & pull it out lol. I had mine highlighted last year in may so thought it could benefit from a good colour I tried a perm but the hairdresser done a test & said it didn't take even on higher strength so I'm going to try a colour instead x
