Hair falling out

Hi was just looking for some advice, been going through the menopause for about a year and a half now, hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety, I honestly feel like I'm going off my head, doesn't seem normal, i am all over the place, my hair is falling out, is this normal, has anyone had that, i am forty four, had a hysterectomy about three, four years ago, i am on HRT, don't know if I need to go back, as not feeling great at all at the moment

menopause, it's horrible, all over the place at the moment, I don't even feel as if I'm me at the moment

i have heard hair falling can be one of first sign you may need to up your HRT dosage .

I'm on the strongest one my Dr says, plus I've got this gel stuff I rub on x

systemic estrogen means it body identical right ? hair loss is not symptoms i have sign listed anywhere for HRT i be interested to know where you hear that . thanks

systemic means all over the body! read it in quite a few medical journals.

Sorry i think you have miss understood systemic estrogen is types of HRT which is body identical. All i have read suggest HRT helps with hair loss. I also know women who had POI or hysterectomy can need very high dosage of hormones to relplace their natural hormones.they should also get Testosterone as well.
