hair loss

Has anyone experienced hair loss [and what is left is dry and fragile]. I thought that it may be an underactive thyroid but the tests for this were negative. My GP says that it is just one of those things!!!! :cry: BUT ,on thinking about it, it coincides with the start of taking 10mg of Ramapril 18months ago

    On 10mg for about the same time and over last six months have noticed hair thinning and loss of condition. Now cause of some concern.

    I have always been proud of a good head of hair, I started Ramipril a year ago, now I definitely have a loss of hair and a dry scalp, every day is bad hair day! Dry useless hair!

    :D Hi to all?

    Yes l have been on Ramipril for over four years & l have loss most of my hair. sad But l put it down to being an OLD Git of 59? :D :lol:
