I have noticed that I am starting to lose hair, much to my dismay.
I think it may be the apixaban that is causing this. Is this happening to anyone else and is there anything I can do before my hair gets any thinner.

Yes!! My mom's hair was falling out on Amiodarone. Most likely, because the medicine triggered hypothyroidism.

My hair got a lot thinner when I was taking beta blockers. I was given firstly bisoprolol then changed to atenolol. I was losing hair whilst on these Meds. My hair has recovered, just lose a little hair which I think is " normal".i no longer take any beta blocker. Hair loss is listed as one of the side effects if I remember rightly.
