Hair loss

Hi everyone! I am on my fourth day of Fluoxetine and my hair already seems to be falling out more. I tried another medication a couple of years ago and stopped a week in because I was losing a pretty good amount of hair every day. Seems to be starting with this one as well. Has this happened to anyone else? Was wondering if this was permanent or how bad it can get. My hair is pretty thin to start with so I'm worried. To continue or not to continue? Thank you for any help!
