Hair loss during menopause

i am perimenopusal with no periods for the last 7 months .

For the last 2 months i have been having significant hair loss .

Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you find anything that reduced the loss .

    Hi there, I am post menopause and I shed lots of hair now. I started taking biotin to help strengthen it. You might find that at certain times its more than others and maybe due to hormone levels but yes, I have has this so you are not on your own.

    Hey There, Kerry..

    Hair loss and balding are one of thee MANY COUNTLESS symptoms of menopause! That being said, please be kind to yourself, and search out coping mechanisms to help you get through this TSUNAMI! Having said that, be well, my menopausal sistah!
