Hair loss problem

Hi everybody,

I'm 15 years of age and I'm seeing the first signs of baldness, with some hairline recession and the sensitive sensation. My hair loss is hereditary. My mom also had the same issue and she did a hair transplant surgery with the help of an expert surgeon in the Seager medical group, Toronto. I wonder whether I'm able to do the same at this age.  I don't want to be bald at this age, it's affecting my confidence. Any thoughts?

Is hair replacement surgery an option for you? Actually you see a lot of men and women that shave their heads today. They are still just as beautiful. There are also wigs made out of real hair. There are many options, depending on what you are comfortable with. I wish you the best!

To prevent excessive hair fall and encourage the growth of new hair, there are a few precautions that one can take. First, lay off the heat styling. Heated tools function at high temperatures and can cause breakage and damage. Secondly, maintain a healthy diet that’s rich in nutrients. Foods that are high in biotin, protein and omega-3 fatty acids like dairy, eggs, fish and lentils are a good choice. Thirdly, add nourishing almond oil into your hair care routine. Twice a week, massage warm almond oil into your scalp and on the lengths of your hair. Let it sit for 30 minutes, post which you can wash it off thoroughly. Massaging stimulates blood circulation and helps in the growth of new hair while the oil moisturises damaged strands. My friend had extreme hair fall issue as well. She told me that she underwent PRP Hair Therapy from Dubai Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and her hair fall has stopped completely. Her hair has become so much thicker since then. She said that the staff was amazing and prices were reasonable as well. I have myself seen a massive change in her appearance since the therapy.
