Halo Surgery - Pile is back - can I push back in?

Good morning. Two weeks ago i had HALO (THD). there is a residual pile, which is painful, slight bleeding but is giving me the sensation of needing a constant bowel movement. so far its been manageable and remained inside. This morning it prolapsed, and is still there. My questions - can i push it back in? can i use a suppository to shrink it (such as germoloids)? thanks in advance.
