Hand and wrist pain after surgery

I tore the muscle and tendon along my radius at the elbow. I recently had surgery in wich they sewed them back together and drilled 3 holes in the radius to graft on the newly repaired tendon/muscle.

After surgery I had a surgical cast, like a partial elbow cast that ran from above my elbow to the entire side of my hand. Causing a tight vice type grip along the right side of my hand. It was so tight it pushed the right two fingers (pinky and ring) over onto my remaining fingers. (Meaning the outside 2 fingers crossed over) it was extremely painful, tight, burning like my two fingers were being crushed in a vise all day and night. Well I finally got the cast off 15 days later snd now my wrist and hand hurt constantly. My right two fingers seem to pop in and out of socket and my wrist is so weak and fatigued right away

I am wondering if the cast could have fractured, broken or displayed bones or something in my hand? Wrist? Is that possible from extreme long term pressure ? I'm desperate to know. I dont have friendly doctors and I mentioned it to the PA and she says oh it will go away. That was 6/26 and it's the same. Help!
