Hand pain

just over a year ago I started off with pain in foot which lasted several months. I have since had pain in other parts of my body. My hand pain started 8 months ago and I have had this daily since then. I am unable to use a computer keyboard as it makes it worse. I have been on several strong pain meds and antidepressants with no joy. I have had blood tests, xray and nerve tests and nothing has showed up. I want an mri. Rheumatologist seems to think its fibromyalgia. Any advice what I can do as I might be losing my job as I cant do it quick enough. I am thinking about seeing if I can go private to see if a hand expert can help.
