Hand tremors?? Anxiety or Essential Tremor

For 6 months I've been suffering from awful health anxiety. To make a long story short I've had hundreds of different symptoms and worried about numerous conditions, diseases that have all turned out to be anxiety. One of the symptoms that bothers me most is my SHAKY HANDS! His started about 4 months ago when my thumbs would twitch when using my phone. They would bounce and jitter when I moved them down. it bothered me that much that with the constant worry of it now it's started In my hands. They tremble when I put them out in front of me and spread them out quick but sometimes really tremble when I get more stressed or exercise so it becomes visible. I found it really hard particularly last month as It required a steady hand for my crafts and the brush would slightly jitter when not supported (however I can still write perfectly fine). Since leaving uni I've been really good and it eased off (not sure if it was completely because I stopped worrying and constantly checking) however this month I've been offered a job manufacturing that required a steady hand! This has got me really nervous and my hands have been a constant concern for me since. What worries me is that it's mainly only my LEFT hand!! I wouldn't say it's uncontrollable as it isn't ridiculously obvious but gets worse when I get overly stressed and as minor as it is it is really starting to upset and bother me. My arm sometimes feels weak from the top also. I just can't stop looking and examining my jittery fingers!!!
I feel like it could be essential tremor!??? Many people see this as a relief diagnosis of tremor from what I've read however if this is the case I'm terrified of it getting worse over time and stopping me from doing the job I've worked so hard towards.
By the way I'm 22, female, suffer from terrible health anxiety and never noticed any of this before this horrid anxiety started back in December. I also have no family history of essential tremor or parkinsons that I know of and my family is really big so I'd imagine if it was genetic at least someone would have it?
I just can't believe this could just be anxiety???? It's not panic shake that is typical of anxiety and is pretty constant however it doesn't stop me at the minute from doing anything. I've searched everything for a similar sounding thing and not found anything online that seems similar that only has been anxiety??
Anyone had a similar experience or can give any advice? Please please please
Thanks!

Hi think I replied to something similar before. I had this tremor years ago , would come and go. My anxiety got worse because of it ( also didn't want people to notice shaky hand) was treated with beta blockers. Get still but it's not there all time . More worry about it like everything with anxiety I think it's me actually making it worse. Lots of people have this and doctors can treat it??

my hands twitch and tremble. especially my left hand. i thought the worse like MS, parkinson's and ALS and still get the twitches and tremors to this day. my doctor said i was fine citing anxiety. i insisted something serious but was told i wouldn't clinically diagnose with anything in my current state. i can draw a decent circular pattern with my left hand. i have no muscle weakness or atrophy. likewise, i suffer from GAD, OCD and severe health anxiety. my doctor did mention possible RSI due to me being on a computer constantly and gave me daily exercises to do. i do have periods of time where i have no tremors at all. this has gone on for about 2yrs now.
what other terrible physical symptoms have you had aside from this?

I have been having shaky hand issues for a long time. Recently it got worse. The other day I went for a lunch buffet at a friends place. I was holding the paper plate on my left hand and trying to serve myself the dishes. My left hand was shaking so much I had to stop and have my friend helped me with the food. I was humiliated and embarrassed.
I don't know how I can stop this from happening. I can't hide it and it appears I can't even go to gatherings any more.

I get shaky hands sometimes, but for some reason it doesn't really bother me - it's other symptoms that really gnaw at my brain (perceived weakness of muscles, even though this has been refuted by the doctor), but for some reason i don't seem to have any trouble attributing shaky hands to anxiety...brains really are fickle so-and-sos.
