Hand twitches- muscle problem or deficiency?

Posted , 3 users are following.

I'm in my 30s, female, a gym goer and weight trainer. I experienced finger twitches last year which were said to benign and due to muscle weakness. With the start of Covid19 and high emotional and physical demands, I'm using my right hand a lot. Now I have a heaviness (a pulling sensation) in the forearm and mild twitches. thankfully, no pain. I'm feeling so down. Wonder if it's the muscle or something like a magnesium def.

Anybody with similar symptoms?

When we grab weights and work out its likely the hand will twitch. Depending on how hard we work out.
