handjob from an escort where my taboo had a very little fresh dot sized bruise

Dear team,

(Regarding STI after getting a handjob from an escort where my taboo had a very little fresh dot sized bruise).

You have been a great resource to me to resolve my issues and questions.

The only thing that bothers and not letting me sleep are:

1. I have read that "Vaginal secretions should also be considered potentially able to transmit the HIV virus".

As the lady did a handjob and certainly might have touched my fresh little bruise, I am wondering if she had any moisture or vaginal fluid on her hand and touched my little broken skin (I'm sure she cleaned her hands when I entered with some spray and asked me to clean as well, but I'm assuming she touched her vagina before she gave me hand job) , would that lead to any STI? if not, how?

2. It has been 4 days since this was happened. I am already feeling feverish and sore throat. I am afraid and confused as these are any symptoms related to it or because I worried too much?

Kindly answer my 2 questions and I will be grateful for you forever.

Thanks again for your loving help and patience.

There is almost zero chance of contracting HIV from a hand job (even if the escort is HIV+, which she probably isn't), and you wouldn't have any symptoms after four days anyway.  Contracting another STI is also very unlikely.

In your position, I wouldn't bother getting tested, but if you do want to get tested, you'd need to wait three weeks after exposure, and then get tested again three months after exposure.

Thanks a lot mI66uk. I am grateful to you for such a relief words.

My concern is what if her hand any vaginal moisture or fluid and touched my tiny fresh sore on the penis?

I had observed after the hand job while I was cleaning with tissue, there was a drop of blood coming out of the dot sized bruise on my penis.

it has been 4 days and now the bruise is totally healed and cannot identify it.

Also I had sore throat and small rash on my arm, I am worried about this as I read symptoms on HIV and these are matching with them.

I am confused if the sore throat and rash are because of Anxiety and stress I have been facing through since this happened. sad sad

cant focus on anything, literally dying

It's very unlikely you've contracted anything.  If it's bothering you though, then you should see a doctor.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

      Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor.

      You need to calm down.

And why were vaginal secretions on her hand? Did she touch herself during the massage then you?

You definitely do not have HIV or any STD's from a hand job. I think you are feeling paranoid because she was an escort. I would also hope that being an escort she gets STD checks every 8-12 weeks (I know a lot of women in this industry. But is also legal where I am from)

      Dear Miss Golightly,

I really appreciate your reply to my concern. I feel soothing after I hear words from people like you.

      Thank you.

It is my 10th day after the exposure or whatever as per my story.

I have already contacted three doctors and they said it is not easy to get infection in my case. They even checked my penis by themselves and said there is nothing to worry about. They don't want to do any tests as they are like kind of certain in my case.

The thing is , I am fine for few hours after I meet the doctor but not getting convinced and starts again feeling ill.

I don't know what is happening with me, i actually started reading many articles etc about these HIV symptoms on internet and since then I get to see atleast one symptom on me.

I am assuming those symptoms I feel are definitely because of HIV infection.

Right now I have a small 1 cm sized rash on my hand which is barely raised and slightly pink color.

It is not spread but only on 1cm area roughly. It is not itchy.

I also have a tiny little blister inner side of my lower lip and mild throat infection.

These two symptoms are blowing my mind. I am immediately losing my appetite once I see the rash on my skin and not getting interest on anything I usually do. Couldn't focus on office work.

I'm assuming worst case that she has vaginal secretions, I'm not sure if she has vaginal secretions or any moisture on her hand.

When I entered she actually washed her hand with chemical spray and asked me to wash my hands as well.

I honestly don't think you can have HIV, and three doctors seem to agree.  It sounds like you have anxiety though.

I suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder myself, it's mild but when something triggers it, it's very huge. So I know exactly how you feel.

I think you'd be best speaking to a doctor about ways to manage your anxiety, a referal to a psychologist maybe. A short course of anti anxiety medication. I recommend stop searching on the internet about HIV etc. If you can't stop then avoid using your computer, internet on your phone etc for a couple of weeks completely.

Try some relaxation hypnosis, there are great videos on youtube. When I am feeling really bad I play a video and put my headphones on (using my phone) and lie down in a dark room.
