Hands feel shaky all the time

Hi,

Does anyone else struggling with anxiety experience shaky hands? I noticed a few weeks ago my hands seemed to be shaking and since then they haven't seemed to stop! It's driving me insane!

I've been struggling with anxiety on and off all my life, but the last 6 months everything seems to have gotten worse. I've had/got a bucket load of physical symptoms which have had me worried I've got some sort of serious medical condition.

I went to the doctors in November and had blood tests which didn't show anything wrong. Also had basic neurological tests done by the GP. I also had a full eye exam at the opticians because I'm seeing lots of floaters & dots in my vision - again I was told my eyes were fine.

I don't really know where to turn next. My GP said she thinks I'm suffering from anxiety, but with this shaking a newer symptom I'm concerned something more serious is going on. It's like a nightmare. I'm peeing more often than normal, had spells of dizziness, headaches. Can anxiety really create so many physical symptoms??

I don't always notice it, so its hard to say. When I'm busy at work etc I don't notice it, but if I'm at home on the sofa or on my phone I notice it. Some times it definitely seems worse than others though. It's not like full on obvious shaking, more subtle and noticeable if I hold my hands out in front of me

maybe u should ask ur drs to reffer u to a neurologist if ur so concerned my legs was the same shaking & my dr also said the same thing anxiety related but since then i've had other health issues that needed to be checked out proper so just saying keep an eye on them and any changes note down

the doctor prescribed me Prozac, which I took for 6 weeks, but I hated it. The side effects were horrible and I came off them. I felt worse on the tablets than not
