Hard, easily movable with kind of small range of motion lump in penis.

I have had this for over a year, it could be even 4 years i don't remember. surely its more than one though. Its hard like ball, easy to move but not like the way you move a vein. It has a not really small but limited range of motion and it returns back to its original position. I think it has slightly grown in the last two years but its a small change, could actually not even be a change, it might be the same. Also it seems like its connected to a vein but I'm not sure its hard to tell since there are so many veins in the spot. please help, I'm really worried its cancer. also i don't think it deforms when i press it just rotate a bit, although i thing it gets slightly bigger when my penis gets hard, that's not for sure as well as it might be the skin getting thicker or something. Also its size is smaller in touch since it seems a little bigger with the skin, j recon it has the size of a ball with a radius of one mm.!image in this pic i squiz pretry hard so its more visible and the skin doesnt cover it. normaly its not that eash to see but surely its noticable more than a vein.

My friend. Don't worry I also noticed it on my thing recently.

I'm trying to stop all sexual activities and see if it goes away.

I'm not married. I masturbated like once in 6 months. Very rare. Yet I got this.

May it is because it's been years I shaved my hair there.

I have read this in a discussion. And thinking to try this. did you try not to do any sexual activity and see?

"""" 3 weeks have passed and without masturbation or massaging just letting it be, the lump has gone down though not completely but its almost not visible. I AM SO RELIEVED!!! I am going to finish the 6 weeks just to make sure that its gone for sure.""""

if it is moving with skin it could be

      Sebaceous cyst.

This type of cyst develops when your oil-producing sebaceous glands are blocked or damaged. This may result from an underlying condition or injury to the area. They’re usually harmless and don’t need treatment.

      When to see a doctor

When you feel Pain while activities.

      Automatic discharge.

      Fever.

      Very very big size

Apply Warm compress daily. Take ibuprofen 60mg daily for 7w days. which helps to reduce inflammation and and swollen glands.

And please don't disturb it. Don't involve in any sexual activity.

Please observe it for 6 weeks. If it is not gone.

      Then see a doctor.

      Thank you

I'm doing exercise daily. Taking Protein.

Applying warm compress, avoid sexual activity.

The lump is half size now.

Please check the size in two days.

And about cancer. I cannot say. But it very very rare condition. Since it is moving with skin. There is very less chance.

But if you ever experience pain while peeing or erection. or pain on the lump, infection or and abnormality. Fever etc

It's better to go to doctor.

Otherwise be cool. Stay positive 😃

Um i just realised u said moving with the skin. its not exactly that, when you move the skin it moves a bit but its moving within the skin, i mean its underneath skin and moves a bit alone as well , it feels like a vein but harder.
