Hard long thin stick type thing in stool after abdominal troubles

Apologies for the unpleasant picture but something very odd that I'm struggling to find information for.

About two months ago I started getting indigestion type symptoms, tight chest and lots of burping, followed by upper abdominal cramping which got worse after eating.

I've done a lot of tests for blood work and Eosinophils was high, and calprotectin was 450, so high. Did an ultrasound that showed gallbladder polyps but nothing else unusual.

Been on and off constipated for several weeks and abdominal pain is continuing along with lack of appetite, lost 5kg, and tight chest still, so been referred to gastroenterologist but appointment is in 4 weeks.

Was happy to wait, but then yesterday I went to the toilet and looked in bowl and saw what is attached. It is about 10cm long, was very hard almost plastic feel, and looked like it is rolled up (can see the seam down the middle). I can't think of anything that I would have eaten that would have had a skin anything like that, and certainly not that size. Anyone seen anything like this before or any ideas? image
