Hard lump 3 weeks after Bartholin cyst marsupialisation pls pls help

had marsupialisation 3 weeks ago and still have a large, hard lump that is not going down. I went back to the hospital last week and was told it was swelling and a part of healing, but the swelling has not gone down at all.. i am taking antibiotics and ibuprofen, doing both hot compresses for drainage and ice for swelling.... has anyone experienced this? Would really appreciate any help or advice on how to reduce swelling!!!

    I had the surgery done 4 weeks ago and mine still feels a bit swollen and I still have a pretty big hole which is stressing me out. have you got a hole still?

    I have also been told the swelling is normal. how is it now?
