Hard lump on left side of Larnyx

I am worried about a hard lump on my windpipe, it seems to be getting larger and I am started to notice problems swallowing. I noticed it around 3 months ago.

The lump is hard and doesn’t seem to move it is located on my either in or just below the left side of my larynx, it feels like a hard/sharp bony mass.

Getting quite concerned as it isn’t goin
