I want to know if this is a STI or what. It is hard and kinda looks like a spot or ingrown hair. Any ideas

When did you first notice this? Without using force, can you push this inwards to the main body of the shaft of your penis? Or, is it stuck hard to the surface?

You would not get an ingrown hair in this location usually, lower down the shaft where there is pubic hair growth more likely.

It could still be a blockage and what you normally get is an infection that can create a hard bump - depends on how long it has been there ....

From what you are describing it sounds most like a cyst - these are harmless but they take their own time to heal, which can mean a extended period of months.

Simply leave it alone as the more you disturb it the larger it may become. If it is a blockage it will continue to grow in size and will eventually become red and raw looking.

Cysts are usually linked to extended sex or masturbation sessions or rough handling or manual methods of penis enlargement techniques.

do cysts look bigger then hard and then go back to original size once soft again?

I would say this is possible.

The only way to be safe with what you have is to get a medical professional to check it for you
