Hard lump/tube inside Flaccid Penis normal?

Hello, First I want to say I am seeing a doctor in 19 days but came here due to horrible anxiety seeking knowledge.

Recently while doing a self exam I discovered what I believed to be a lump inside my penis, below the penis heads bottom third, but the more I checked I realized its more like a hard tube. I tried to find something similar on the opposite side, and I think I did but I need to really "get in there" to feel it. Due to the fact one side feels harder/easier to touch I think something is wrong. There's no pain when touching it and I cant even feel it while erect. I added a photo of a diagram to show you what I think I'm feeling.

Anyone else feel this?

I want to add some other symptoms however these symptoms are kind of minor and don't cause a lot of pain or last for very long or stay consistently.

My urine smelled strong about 4 times, like when old pee sits on a sidewalk. But it goes back to normal for days in between. I've had dull ace's on my! penis that only last a few seconds and don't hurt much, just noticeable. Fever like ache in my thighs and knees. Sometimes mild pain in my gut area. like a sore feeling (It's really cold and I have no heater). No Fever, no major pain.

What you may have is a Penile Lymphocele - get the Dr to check you anyway

In terms of the urine, you need to consistently drink plenty of fluids - limit the amount of normal coffee you drink if you regularly drink it - most of your fluid intake should ideally be water - by doing this it regulates the urinary processes

Thanks for your time and advice. I did some research on that and I don't think that's what it is. My problem is inside the penis, like a hardened tube like structure. If you see the diagram I attached above it's almost like the Corpus Spongiosum (or something near it) is hard at the tip, located below the penis head. Feels like a ligament/nerve on your wrists, but even harder. The one on the left side is much harder and probably larger than the one on the right. Anxiety kicked in and all I could think was tumor, but I'm hoping there's other possibilities. I don't see my GP till the 19th

So, you may have something unusual going on in which case the GP may need to refer you to a Urologist - you can also access these at larger GUM Clinics, most of which are based at General Hospitals if you live in the UK.

From what you describe it sounds more like a Lymphocele - these are linked to pressures within the penis during masturbation or sexual activity

In case anyone stumbles upon this post i got checked out and my doctor said its fine, and normal. He was pretty surprised I was even feeling around for it when I told him I discovered it while searching for a source of an ache he understood and reassured me.

hello, i wonder if im having a similar problem now. penis tube feels hard and penis is noticeably smaller when flaccid at the moment. i have been able to get erections but some have hurt. the top right side penis that feels harder is definitely experiencing dull pain.

i was experiencing tight inner thigh pain but it is subsiding (i went to the gym and did lower body to attempt to increase blood flow... my urologist checked me out and said i seemed fine. i have been prescribed pain killers but pain is still dull a few hours after taking them. did you pain during erections initially. did u have a lack if blood flow to one side of the penis ?

i an absolutely terrified . i definitely roughly masturbated and trapped lots of blood into my penis at the shaft (choking it) days leading up to this.
