Hard Occipital Lymph Nodes for years, I need all the opinions I can get

Not sure how many years back around 2-4 years maybe, I found the bump on the back of my head. I told my mom, she thought it was a cyst and said we'd go to the doctor but we never did. Last year i thought about it again checked and it was still there, plus i found another one to the right of my head, so I searched it up to see alarming results. My left node is hard, around 1 cm probably, doesn't move. My right node is still a bit hard but not as much as the left and moves a bit if you apply pressure, it should be about half a centimeter. showed my doctor and he confirmed they were lymph nodes and wasn't worried, said it was something about gluten and he had the same problem. I was still not convinced because I searched it up and no one had the same problem, if he and I had this problem surely there would be a couple who have this problem.
During the summer I found one in my left armpit which really scared me. It was soft, movable but not so much and the size of a pea but it wasn't going away. I told the same doctor and he checked it, then checked my breast. After he did that he wasn't as concerned. I think he gave me a different diagnosis too, but he wasn't concerned. A year later all the lymph nodes are still there. I think the one of the left side on the back of my head, the one I'm most afraid of changed a bit over the years.
My parents aren't agreeing to take me to a doctor, they think I'm fine. I just need someone else's opinion. I made two discussions about the same thing before but I need some more opinions on this.. does this look serious or am I just being paranoid and I should listen to my parents and doctor.
I'm 13 years old by the way.

I would suggest you tell your parents about your concerns and discuss in detail about what's going on. That being said I hope this gives you peace of mind. I am 25 years old and I noticed swollen lymph nodes all over my body (neck, groin, under arm, and back of head) when I was 14, so about your age. It really scared me at the time so I talked to my dad about sending me to specialists for multiple opinions. I had blood work done multiple times and several doctors feeling my glands over and over for a couple years. Long story short it's benign swollen glands. Keep in mind your lymph nodes swell for A LOT of reasons. Infections, cat scratch fever, mono, medication reaction, rarely cancer, and many others. I was told by the top specialist in my area in this field that "sometimes they swell and just don't go back down". Mine have been swollen for 11 years now and I'm an athlete and perfectly healthy. So don't worry too much and talk to your parents and doctor, most likely it's nothing to worry about and may require antibiotics. I am not a doctor but I am a health field professional and have done much research on this topic.
