hard pea size lump in my belly...worried

nearly a week ago I found a hard pea size lump in my belly just by my rib cage. I am a bigger lady but I've also had 3 ceserean sections my last being 6 months ago. I've a belly button hernia too and my stomach muscles are apart. doctor says it's a fatty lump and if it's not gone in 2 weeks to go back and get it scanned. I'm really worried. anyone else had this? what's the possibility it's cancer?
