Ok so a month ago i had the surgery done laparoscopicly and it had failed so on 08/14/2018 i had an open inguinal hernia repair with mesh on my right side and my right testical is very hard and a bit swollen and is angled slightly upward. Just wondering if i should be concerned, also theres no real pain with it.

Really sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had. Swollen testicles and penis all very much to be expected - my scrotum swelled up to the size of a melon a couple of days after the op and it's only just subsiding two weeks on. Made sitting down very uncomfortable for the first 10 days. The colour was quite extraordinary too - purple, almost black in places. I checked other posts on this forum and was reassured that this was nothing unusual - lots of other people have reported similar experiences. It does resolve with time. Good luck.
