I've had these pimple things on my scrotum for some time. I haven't been sexually active for 6 months they are hard and movable to a certain extent without any pain.

the large ones are cysts the small ones are fordyce u cannot freely move fordyce under the skin if it feels like a pea moving round its a cyst

you ate dumb as hell lmao they are all fordyce spots. they all look exactly the same, just different sizes. i have cysts inside my balls and i also have those fordyce spots. the white spots are fordyce hun do research before you talk ablut things you know nothing about

I saw on Dr. Sandra Lee (Dr. Pimple Popper) on YouTube do a video with a young black man with the same bumps.
They were cysts and she opened opened each one up to remove the contents and the sack of the cyst in hopes it would not return.
If you want to see how she performed the procedure I am sure you could find it browsing through her past videos.
I remember her saying something like since I do not have testicles, I don't know if I am hurting you or something like that. I think she could have been a bit more aggressive in squeezing the contents of the cysts without causing pain (she had anesthetized each one as well) since they were on the skin of the sack and not the testicles themselves.
